London Day 10

If you want, change the song player to What's Your Name? by 4Minute or Cruise by Florida Georgia Line because these songs are making happy. Basically, if you pick the first one, you're daring and interesting in the unique because its Korean. If you pick Cruise, you're American. lol, I'm kidding. Maybe just more of the mellow type. Just my guesses. I am just curious to see who liked which better to be honest, so please comment on this post and tell me which song you prefer. I swear, I won't judge you :3

So we toured Windsor Castle and Eton College. We were up early this morning to get there so we could watch the Changing of the Guards at Windsor which happens at 11am, I believe. It was pretty cool. You’ll have to watch the video off my Facebook once I'm back since I don’t have my video editing software on my computer to string it together. Like I would have that on my laptop! Could you imagine the rendering time? I don’t. I will post the pics at the end of the post. Sorry, no Eton College pics. I was SO tired by then that I was just like…no…I’m too lazy to take pictures. I wasn’t the only one feeling that way either. On the train ride back it was zone out/nap time central.

Ya’ll…all this coin money is driving me crazy. What is all this? I don’t have room for this stuff! I have like 10 pounds in coins. (Haha!…ha…ha…no? I know I at least got a chuckle out of that…right?)  In all seriousness, it’s actually a lot more than that, maybe about 25 plus a couple of Euro cents I ran across on a sidewalk near King’s Cross Station. Don’t judge me! Not even the homeless people wanted them! I’m really starting to miss my purses where I just ditch all of my change that I never ever use. LWah.

So mornings are icky. I honestly had no voice this morning until I had some syrup and drank some tea (peppermint tea and honey…yummm). Having a runny nose and a cough that results in nastiness isn’t fun, but at least it’s obvious when you’re getting better. Like…I am at the point where I have coughed so much my scratchy throat isn’t there and I prefer that.

So despite turning into my grandmother about tissues being stuffed in every possible pocket, today was pretty good outside of the exhaustion. LOTS to read tonight. Not looking forward to that, but at least the blog is out of the way. I kind of had fun writing that one…maybe because Windsor Castle was our presentation, but, eh.

So I had a fatty moment and got Tiramisu from Sainsbury (which is a grocery store for those who don’t know). SO SO tasty. I may have another one before reading things because sugar is good. I don’t know what I’ll do for dinner today. I miss not having normal things that I eat for dinner in the kitchen. I mean, what we have here is healthier, but I don’t know how to cook it…and I also eat a good amount for dinner so, idk. I may cave and just try and convince someone to go with me to a Subway. I was curious about trying McDonald’s over here until Andrew mentioned the prices of McD burgers in other countries and I just kind of shuddered. Subway is one thing to play more for. McD’s? Heck no.

I also have a goal for this weekend. Outside of trying to find a store that sells Merrill’s. Outside of finding a store that sells blankets. Outside of finding a store that sells that jacket my mom told me to try and find b/c I could NOT find it ANYWHERE. No. It is to clean this room. After feeling wacky and bad for a few days it is not pretty. And it kills me.

Anyway, tomorrow is St. Paul’s Cathedral and then The Rose version of Macbeth. God forbid I cough during that play in that little room. I would feel SO bad. Now onto pictures:

OH! And Happy 4th of July! lol
